By definition, a franchise is a right or license granted by a company to an individual or
group to market its products or services. Legacy Corporate requires that franchisees
be people who exhibit the same sense of commitment and desire that our current
franchisees and we have in providing the highest quality of early childhood development
and day care services.
If you decide to enter into a franchise agreement with Legacy Academy, Inc., you will
be bound to a franchise agreement and a confidential operating manual. These guidelines and procedures are in place to guide you down a successful business path and insure growth and staying power.
To maintain the quality and integrity of our franchise system, we monitor all of our
franchisees through a formal quality assurance guide. All franchisees are responsible
not only to the franchisor, but also to their fellow franchisees to maintain the value
of each one’s investment in time and money by keeping the standard high.
