Tuesdays
The Stretch-n-Grow program teaches children the fundamentals of a healthy lifestyle. With weekly emphasis on exercise and good food choices, our extensive curriculum covers virtually every wellness issue...self-esteem, safety, hygiene, and environmental issues are just a few examples. Two different class options are available to choose from to fit your child's developmental needs:
"Wobblers" (18 to 36 months) Designed for toddlers to help develop their gross and fine motor skills and to start teaching them the basics of fitness and nutrition using age-appropriate music, routines, and equipment.
"Preschool" (3 years and up) Focuses on more advanced fundamental motor skill development plus balance, coordination, and flexibility.
We are excited to announce a new class, Star Squad Cheerleading. This class is taught by experienced cheerleaders and incorporates the fundamentals of cheerleading:
arm movements, jumps, cheers, chants. It also greatly assists in the development of self-confidence, self-reliance and the importance of teamwork.
Tuesdays
Spanish class with Guille Rivera. Spanish is included with tuition and offered to all classrooms weekly. Guille has been with the Legacy Team since 2004 working in the Georgia Pre-K department. She uses songs, finger plays and fun to teach the students the language of Spanish.
Thursdays
Music classes are free with enrollment for infant through preschool classes. Metro Music Art and Movement Inc. teach music concepts and songs in our full time programs through learning activities that enhance social development and educational enhancement.
Creative Movement & Dance offers 45 minute classes & Tap/Ballet for ages 3 and up
