Stephanie Pabis - Director
Stephanie is originally from Pittsburgh, PA and moved to the Atlanta area in 2001. She lives in Flowery Branch with her husband Ryan and their son Parker. Stephanie started her career with Legacy Academy in 2003, right here in Dacula as the Private Pre-K teacher. After a year in the classroom Stephanie was promoted to the Assistant Director position and transferred to Legacy Academy Hamilton Mill.
Stephanie assisted in opening Legacy Academy Hamilton Mill and helped create a high quality program with the Legacy Academy Hamilton Mill team. In 2006, she was promoted to the Director position. She remained with Legacy Academy Hamilton Mill for four years prior to having her son in April of 2008.
In August 2009 Stephanie and her husband welcomed a baby girl to thier family. Parker and Gabriella both love school at Legacy Academy, Dacula.
Stephanie is so excited to be back with Legacy Academy Dacula and cannot wait to get to know all of the children, families and staff. In her spare time, Stephanie enjoys reading, shopping, spending time with her family, and of course, watching Steelers Football.
Pat Dowe - Assistant Director
Pat joined the Legacy team in February 2001. She came to the United States from England in 1979 where she was a nurse. She then changed to the corporate world for several years as a regional manager with a worldwide company. She became Assistant Director at Legacy in December 2004. Pat is currently perusing her Child Development Associates Credential (CDA).
Cindy Baughcum - Curriculum Coordiantor
Cindy joined the Legacy team in the fall of 2003. Cindy has worked in various classrooms over the years and is very familiar with our families, our curriculum and our staff. She was promoted to the Curriculum Coordinator position in 2007. She has completed the required 120 hours of course work for her CDA and is currently waiting for the final testing process to receive her CDA Certificate.
