The Madison Management Team

Robert Carmical - Owner & Co-Director

Robert, Owners of Legacy Academy in Madison, AL, joined the Legacy Academy Franchise System in October, 2004. He moved from suburban Atlanta with his wife, Pam, and their daughters, Nicole and Natalie, to start their Legacy Academy. They now have a third daughter, Raegan, born on August 27, 2007.

Since joining the franchise almost three years ago, they have worked together to raise the bar for quality early care and education in the Huntsville/Madison area. After achieving the highest "School of Excellence" rating for quality assurance during the first three years of business, they are now working to achieve the highest measure of quality in early childhood development by obtaining NAEYC accreditation. We are well on our way towards achieving this higher level of quality in early early care and education.

It is an exciting time for everyone to be a part of Legacy Academy Madison during this accreditation process. Reaching this important milestone will place Legacy Academy Madison as the only privately owned early care and education center in the Huntsville/Madison area to be NAEYC accredited.

There are currently only 4.4% of the 985 early care and education centers in the state of Alabama that are NAEYC accredited. We look forward to being in the top 5% of all early care and education centers to meet this high standard of quality in early childhood development. Stop by today for a tour and see why we are "The perfect beginning for your Legacy."
