Welcome Parents and Friends. We are delighted to have you join us on our Legacy Academy Mill Creek Website. As owners of the first Legacy Academy franchise in 1998, we have enjoyed a ten year history with Legacy Academy and would like to share our experience with you. We became acquainted with Frank and Melissa Turner, founders of Legacy Academy for Children, in 1997 when our own children attended the Turner's flagship center in Oakwood, Georgia. It was through our own personal experience that we realized the quality of care that Legacy Academy provided and the mission of the Owners to offer a childcare experience above the rest. We were so happy with our personal experience that we bought into the Legacy Franchise system and began our journey as Legacy Academy Owners. We opened Legacy Academy Dacula in 1998; became NAEYC accredited in 2003, opened our second Legacy Academy in 2004 (Hamilton Mill, Buford, GA); and have since opened our third and newest location in 2007 at Mill Creek, Hoschton, GA. With 24 centers now opened throughout the southeast, we continue to provide excellence in childcare in our Buford and Millcreek Communities. Our team Directors and Curriculum Coordinators, pictured below, have grown with us building a strong Management team foundation with a cumulative 30+ years of childcare experience and an average tenure of 7 years with Legacy Academy.
