WEE KIDZ is an early gymnastics class that has different programs for different ages of children. Wee-Tumble for children ages 2 to 3 is designed just for toddlers, helping them develop coordination and motor skills on their level. Wee-Tumble also helps children enhance their listening and social skills in a structured, positive and fun atmosphere. Wee-Gym for children ages 3 to 4 is a tumbling and pre-gymnastics class that teaches basic skills on all apparatus while improving coordination, self-esteem, and body awareness. Kidz Gym for children ages 5 to 6 teaches gymnastic skills on all apparatus and helps children build self-confidence, flexibility, agility and body control. WEE KIDZ owner and instructor, Dawn Billock assists Legacy Academy Old Peachtree's children in discovering their capabilities and trying new things resulting in happier, more confident, more physically fit children. 'WEE KIDZ are happy kidz!'

Homework Club meets Monday through Thursday afternoons in the Legacy cafe. We are committed to making sure our School-Agers get an opportunity to start on their homework after they arrive at Legacy from school. To make sure that we are meeting expectations regarding homework, we ask the parents of each School-Ager to complete a Homework Club info sheet from time to time throughout the school year. This short form allows parents to specify the amount of time that is usually needed to spend working on homework while at Legacy Academy Old Peachtree and will provide some guidance for us as our teaching staff provides homework help to our School-agers. Please respect the 'Shhhh, Homework in Session' signs as you pass through the cafe.

Meaningful cooking experiences can open many doors for children as a natural way to introduce basic concepts in math, science, and literacy. The hands-on nature of cooking lends ease to learning these concepts that are often much harder for children to grasp in abstract terms. Cooking also helps to develop a child's sense of competence as they complete a task from start to finish...and oh, how tasty that finish can be!
